About

Veridian Management Group — Artist Division exists for artists who are serious about their next era. We work with legacy and working artists in Retro Soul, Blues, Country Grit, and Modern/Legacy Rock who need more than vague advice. They need a real plan, pressure-tested on the road, and tailored to the way they actually work and live.

Veridian is led by Dave Mabry, a veteran tour manager and driver who has spent years behind the wheel and behind the scenes, keeping artists safe, on time, and focused while the rest of the world is loud and chaotic.

From the road to the roster

Before Veridian, Dave spent years as a tour manager for national acts including TRAPT, Corey Feldman, AJ Croce, and Buzzcocks. Long before that, he learned the industry from the ground up, driving buses and bandwagons for artists across nearly every genre — from Slipknot and heavy touring schedules to pop production runs with the Backstreet Boys.

That experience matters. It means Veridian understands not just what looks good in a deck, but what actually survives contact with real travel, real venues, real agents, real promoters, and real life. The plans we build are rooted in that reality.

Today, that same hard-won perspective is focused on helping artists reposition, grow, and protect the careers they have built — not chasing trends, but building eras.

Dave Mabry — At a glance

  • Tour-managed artists including TRAPT, Corey Feldman, AJ Croce, and Buzzcocks
  • Years driving tour coaches and bandwagons for artists from Slipknot to the Backstreet Boys
  • Experienced in routing, advancing, logistics, budgeting, and day-to-day artist support
  • Hands-on background in merch, VIP, and on-the-road problem solving
  • Comfortable across rock, pop, soul, country, and hybrid touring environments

Veridian is built on the idea that strategy only matters if it works at 2am in a loading dock, on a bus, or in a green room when things get weird.

How Veridian Works with Artists

Every artist we work with is at a different chapter, but the pattern is the same: clarify who you are, design where you’re going, then build systems and support that keep you moving even when you get busy, tired, or distracted.

Clarity first

We start with the real story: what you have released, where you’ve toured, what’s working, and what is quietly holding you back. No fluff, no posturing.

Strategy that fits your life

Plans have to fit your actual schedule, budget, and energy. We build roadmaps that respect real constraints instead of pretending you have a full-time staff.

Systems, not just ideas

We help put structure behind releases, content, routing, and business so you are not reinventing everything every few months.

Who We’re Building with Now

Veridian keeps a deliberately lean roster so every artist gets real attention.

  • Charles Wilson — Blues Hall of Fame inductee and Crown Prince of Soul, now repositioning into a powerful Retro Soul era with a focused catalog and brand refresh.
  • Wayne Wedin — Country Grit artist in active development, building a live and online presence around honest songwriting, acoustic performance, and sustainable touring.

Alongside those active projects, Veridian quietly evaluates rock and hybrid artists for the Rock Division, focusing on bands who are ready for a serious reset rather than another round of short-term fixes.

Want to know if Veridian is a fit for you?

The first step is a simple artist evaluation. We review where you’ve been, where you want to go, and whether we’re the right team to help you get there.
