Artist Services & Pricing
Veridian Management Group – Artist Division works on clear, structured tiers so artists know
what they’re buying into. These prices are built around real touring and development work,
not vague “consulting calls.”
Core Artist Packages
Actual offers may flex based on how far along the artist is, but this is the framework:
one-time evaluation to get organized, monthly development to build momentum, and selective
management for artists who are ready for a deeper partnership.
- Intake form + music/asset review.
- 60–90 minute strategy call (Zoom / phone).
- Written 6–12 month roadmap with priorities.
- Release, content, and touring suggestions by lane (Soul, Country, Rock).
- 1–2 strategy calls per month.
- Hands-on help with brand, visuals, and releases.
- Routing ideas, show targeting, and offer guidance.
- Feedback on pitches, one-sheets, and EPKs.
- Built for artists actively moving but needing structure.
- Day-to-day strategy across touring, releases, and business.
- Hands-on touring strategy, routing oversight, and coordination across the live side.
- Coordination with agents, labels, publicists, and vendors.
- Merch/VIP development and high-level revenue planning.
- Limited roster; only offered where growth upside is clear.
*Exact structure is customized per artist and may include or replace the retainer
with a percentage of commissionable income.
Touring Support Services
Some artists need more than strategy but are not yet at full management level. Veridian also offers
touring support services for artists, managers, and teams that need experienced help with advancing,
logistics, crew referrals, and live-show infrastructure.
Remote Tour Management
For artists and teams that need professional tour structure without carrying a full-time
tour manager on the road. This service focuses on advancing shows, organizing logistics,
and keeping communication clean and professional before and during a run.
- Venue advancing and confirmation tracking
- Day sheet creation and show contact packets
- Travel, lodging, and schedule coordination
- Routing input and short-run planning
- Communication with venues, buyers, and vendors
- Guest list, merch logistics, and show prep systems
- Pre-tour organization for teams preparing to scale
Tour Support & Crew Placement
Not every artist needs full management, but many still need reliable people behind the scenes.
Through Veridian’s touring network, we can help connect artists with experienced touring
professionals and specialty support where the fit makes sense.
- On-road Tour Managers
- Stage Managers and Production Managers
- FOH / Monitor Engineers
- Backline Techs and Tour Assistants
- Merch sellers and support crew
- Video / live content crew
- Tour photographers and short-run support teams
These services are offered selectively and based on project fit, availability, and touring needs.
Veridian is not positioned as a public staffing board; this is curated support built through real
touring relationships and experience.
Where These Services Apply
Pricing stays consistent across lanes; what changes is the strategy. The same Tier 2 package
looks very different for a Retro Soul legacy artist than it does for a Country Grit writer
or a Rock Division act.
Retro Soul & Blues
Rebrands, catalog focus, and show storylines for artists like
Charles Wilson stepping into a new Retro Soul era. Heavy on legacy,
catalog, and credibility.
Country Grit
Identity, content systems, and local-to-regional routing for artists in
Wayne Wedin’s lane. Built around songs, stories, and live connection.
Rock Division
Brand reset, routing, and merch/VIP for modern and legacy rock projects,
including Randy Webb’s RAW Acoustic Sessions.
Project-Based Add-Ons
Some pieces can be booked as stand-alone projects or added on top of any tier. These
are typical ranges; final numbers depend on scope and how many assets are involved.
| Deliverable | Typical Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| EPK / One-Sheet Build | $200 – $350 | Copy, layout direction, and asset checklist. |
| Tour / Run Budget & Routing Map | $250 – $450 | Short run or weekend routing, budget, and offer targets. |
| Merch & VIP Concept Pack | $250 – $500 | Product ideas, price ladder, and show-flow integration. |
| Show Structure & Set Flow Session | $150 – $250 | One session focused on pacing, transitions, and moments. |
Not sure which tier fits you?
If you’re somewhere between these tiers, that’s normal. Tell us where you are, what you’re
trying to build, and we’ll decide whether you need a one-time roadmap, a short development
run, a remote TM solution, or a deeper management conversation.
