Work With Veridian Management Group
Veridian Management Group – Artist Division works in clear lanes: Retro Soul and Blues,
Country Grit, and Modern / Legacy Rock. This page is the on-ramp for artists, teams,
venues, and promoters who want to work with us.
For Artists and Artist Teams
Whether you are a legacy artist rebuilding a lane, a country writer with real stories,
or a rock band stuck in the same tour cycle, we start the same way:
with a structured evaluation instead of a random phone call.
Step 1: Make Sure You Fit Our Lanes
We are currently focused on:
- Retro Soul / Blues – legacy and catalog artists like Charles Wilson.
- Country Grit – working-country, story-driven, like Wayne Wedin.
- Modern / Legacy Rock – resets and rebuilds, like the Rock Division and Randy Webb.
If you live completely outside these lanes, we may not be the right fit, but you are still welcome
to submit and we will be honest about whether we can help.
Step 2: Artist Evaluation Form
All serious inquiries start with a written evaluation so we can see:
- Where you are now (catalog, live history, socials, team).
- What you want in the next 6–12 months.
- What you have tried already that did or did not work.
After reviewing your form, we will either:
- Offer a paid evaluation and roadmap session, or
- Let you know we are not the right fit right now.
What Happens After You Submit
- You receive a confirmation that your form was received.
- We review your material, links, and answers.
- If there is a potential fit, we schedule an evaluation / roadmap call.
- You receive a clear yes/no on whether we can move into development or management conversations.
We do not promise management to everyone who fills out the form. The evaluation protects your time and ours,
and makes sure we are not guessing when we give you feedback.
For Venues, Promoters, Casinos, and Festivals
If you are looking to book one of our artists, anchor a routed run, or float a
festival or casino concept, we keep it simple: clear info in, clear answer out.
Step 1: Submit Offer / Hold Details
Use our centralized offer form for all Veridian artists:
- Artist or package you are inquiring about.
- Venue name, city, and capacity.
- Proposed date(s) and routing flexibility.
- Offer structure (guarantee, door deal, hybrid, plus production if applicable).
Step 2: Direct Contact
After submitting the form, you are welcome to follow up by email if the date is
time-sensitive or part of a larger run.

Who Veridian Is (and Is Not) For
We work best with artists and partners who understand that development and touring are
long-term games. That means:
A Good Fit
- Artists with at least some track record: touring, releases, or serious local pull.
- Teams willing to be honest about numbers, history, and expectations.
- Venues and promoters who value clear communication and realistic deals.
- People who understand that “next era” means strategy, not shortcuts.
Probably Not a Fit
- Projects with no songs recorded and no plan to change that.
- Bands looking for “overnight” results or viral guarantees.
- Situations where numbers, agreements, or expectations are unclear or unstable.
If you are early stage and just want high-level guidance, the best entry point
is usually an evaluation and roadmap session, not full management.
Ready to Start the Conversation?
Whether you are an artist planning your next era or a promoter piecing together a run,
the right first step is a clean form and a clear ask. We will tell you honestly if
we can help, what that looks like, and what it does not.
